The Burlington Housing Authority manages two affordable developments for seniors and people with disabilities: Tower Hill Apartments and Birchcrest Arms.
Tower Hill is a three-story building with elevator access.
There are 65 total units consisting of 2 2-bedroom handicapped accessible units, 3 1-bedroom handicapped units, 58 1-bedroom conventional units and 2 studio units.
There is an onsite laundry facility and community room.
Birchcrest Arms is a multi-building development consisting of 40 1-bedroom units located within 4 two-story residential buildings.
A separate building contains laundry facilities as well as a community room.
Both developments are wired for telephone and cable (optional) and offer assigned parking for one vehicle (based on availability).
The rent for each of these developments is income based.
Residents can expect to pay 30% of their net income for rent.
Heat, hot water, cooking fuel and electricity are included with the rent.
